Connecting a QuickBooks company

QuickBooks companies are connected to Iflowchain LLC's connector with a one-time link, made for one accounting firm. This page can't start a connection by itself, because it can't tell which firm the company should join.

If you work at the firm

Ask Claude to run connect_company. It gives you a link that opens Intuit's sign-in; sign in, pick the company, and it is connected to your firm. You can also send the link to a client who can sign in to the company.

If your accountant sent you here

Use the link they sent you, not this page. Links work for 10 minutes and only once, so if yours has expired, ask them for a new one — it takes them a moment.

Reconnecting

The same steps reconnect a company that has stopped working. Intuit's authorization lapses after about 100 days without use, and ends if the app is disconnected inside QuickBooks.
